Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team:

  • Email: returns@layna.com
  • Include your order number and reason for return
  • We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.

If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@layna.com.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Gift cards

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at returns@layna.com and we will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping costs.

7. International Orders

For international orders, please contact us at returns@layna.com for return instructions. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

8. Non-Refundable Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged).
