Returns & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your LAYNA LED therapy device. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 calendar days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided the item meets the eligibility conditions below.

The 30-day period begins on the date your order is delivered to the shipping address on file. Requests received after this window will not be accepted.

Step-by-Step RMA Process

To ensure a smooth return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us by email at support@laynaface.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue or reason for return. Please include your order number (e.g., cm2abc123...) in the subject line.
  2. Wait for our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) confirmation. Our support team will reply within 1–2 business days with an RMA number and prepaid return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how to package and ship the item back.
  3. Package the item securely in its original box with all accessories, manuals, and protective materials. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item back using the prepaid label we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. LAYNA is not responsible for items lost in transit without a tracking number.
  5. Refund processing. Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 2–3 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Additional Non-Returnable Conditions

Beyond the conditions above, the following situations will disqualify an item from return:

  • Opened or used devices: Any LAYNA device whose seal has been broken or that has been used on the skin cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Customized or personalized items: Any product that has been customized or configured to your specifications.
  • Items returned after the 30-day window: Returns requested more than 30 calendar days after the delivery date will not be accepted.
  • Items not purchased from laynaface.com:Products purchased from Amazon, other retailers, or third-party marketplaces are subject to that seller's return policy. See the section below for Amazon purchases.
  • Items damaged by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications: Damage caused by improper use, dropping, water exposure, or attempts to disassemble or modify the device is not covered by our return policy.
  • Missing accessories or original packaging: Returns submitted without all original accessories, cables, manuals, or the original box may be subject to a partial refund deduction.

Exchange & Replacement Policy

We generally do not offer direct exchanges for a different product. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@laynaface.com and we will ship a replacement at no additional cost, with LAYNA covering the return shipping.

Defective items returned within the first 30 days will be replaced with a new unit of the same product, subject to availability. If the same product is no longer available, we will offer a comparable replacement or a full refund.

Returns for Amazon Purchases

If you purchased your LAYNA device through the Amazon marketplace, please do not return it to us directly. Instead, initiate your return through the Amazon Returns Center:

  • Log in to your Amazon account and go to "Returns & Orders."
  • Find your LAYNA purchase and select "Return or Replace Items."
  • Follow Amazon's prompts to generate a prepaid return label.

Amazon's return window and policies apply to Amazon orders. Our 30-day return policy described on this page applies only to items purchased directly at laynaface.com.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every LAYNA LED therapy device is covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, mechanical failures, and component failures under normal home use — including:

  • LED bulb failure (non-functioning LEDs)
  • Battery failure or inability to hold a charge
  • Charging port failure or loose connections
  • Power supply or control circuit malfunctions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, liquid damage, or normal wear and tear. To file a warranty claim, email support@laynaface.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos or video of the device to assess the claim. Valid warranty claims will result in a free repair or replacement unit shipped at our expense.
