Product Description & Disclaimer

LAYNA is a home-use LED light therapy device designed to support skin wellness. All LAYNA products are intended for adult use only. Individual results may vary.

Important: LAYNA devices are consumer wellness products — they are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, or health problem. The information provided on laynaface.com is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any LED therapy device.

We strive to display accurate product information, including pricing, descriptions, specifications, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on laynaface.com are accurate, complete, current, or error-free. If a product offered by LAYNA is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition pursuant to our Returns Policy.

Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on laynaface.com are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or technical issue, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even if an order confirmation has been sent.

We may occasionally offer promotional discounts, bundle deals, or limited-time offers. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Discount codes are non-transferable and may only be used once per customer unless otherwise specified.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method selected. LAYNA offers the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 5–7 business days. Flat rate of $7.95. Free on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States.
  • Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days. Available at checkout for an additional fee.
  • International Shipping: 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. Shipping rates vary by country. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by their country.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET Monday–Friday are typically shipped the same day. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or customs.

Returns & Refunds

  • Items purchased directly from laynaface.com may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all accessories and packaging.
  • To initiate a return, contact support@laynaface.com with your order number.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use laynaface.com or LAYNA products for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our site or interfere with any other party's use of our services. Specifically, you may not:

  • Purchase LAYNA products in bulk for the purpose of reselling them.
  • Use LAYNA products for any commercial resale purpose without a written agreement with LAYNA.
  • Modify, tamper with, disassemble, or attempt to reverse-engineer any LAYNA device.
  • Use LAYNA products in a manner inconsistent with their instructions or intended purpose.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code to our website.
  • Circumvent or attempt to bypass any security or authentication measures.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LAYNA and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of laynaface.com or any LAYNA product.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product that gave rise to the claim, regardless of the legal theory asserted.

These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if a remedy fails its essential purpose.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and your use of laynaface.com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of laynaface.com shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in New York County, New York. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against LAYNA.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of laynaface.com after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
