3. Orders & Payment

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only. LAYNA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy is available at layna.com/pages/returns-policy. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
